By using the Truth Be Told Inspections website or authorizing connections from our internal business applications (including Hive Money Bee / The Hive) to third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, you agree to these terms.
Truth Be Told Inspections provides professional home inspection and related services. Website content is for general information. Inspection findings are governed by the inspection agreement and applicable standards (including InterNACHI / Florida requirements) in effect for that engagement.
Hive Money Bee is an **internal** application used by Truth Be Told to connect to **our own** QuickBooks Online company for bookkeeping and financial operations. It is not a consumer product marketplace app and is not licensed for third parties to connect their QuickBooks companies unless we expressly agree in writing.
We grant authorized users within Truth Be Told a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our internal tools for company business. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the tools or any connected data.
You are responsible for credentials and for authorizing only people who should access business systems. Connecting QuickBooks Online constitutes authorization for our tools to access accounting data as permitted by Intuit’s permissions and our internal controls (including approval rules for changes).
You agree not to use our site or tools to break the law, infringe others’ rights, probe systems without authorization, or upload malicious content.
QuickBooks Online and other connected services are provided by third parties (for example Intuit). Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. We are not responsible for outages or changes by those providers.
THE SITE AND INTERNAL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Inspection services are separately warranted only as stated in the signed inspection agreement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUTH BE TOLD, INC. AND ITS OWNERS AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE OR INTERNAL TOOLS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE OR INTERNAL TOOLS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS, OR (B) $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.
You agree to indemnify Truth Be Told, Inc. against claims arising from your misuse of the site or tools or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend access to internal tools if credentials are compromised or terms are violated. Provisions that should survive (liability, indemnity, etc.) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in the state or federal courts serving Palm Beach County, Florida, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the changes.
